TO RETURN A PRODUCT
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@rejuvenation.me to request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Any unprinted item or any item printed with one of our stock designs can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear the return will be rejected.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Any item that has been personalised with your image, your wording or slogan, or any of our designs that have been adapted with your own text.
The only personalised items that will be eligible for return, are where we have not carried out your instructions for personalisation.
Any size garment over XLARGE (i.e. XXLARGE XXXLARGE, XXXXLARGE, XXXXXLARGE) is classed as a personalised garment and can not be returned as they are made to order. Please check your sizing carefully before ordering.
Face masks are non-returnable.
EVENT WRISTBANDS
Event wristbands can not be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
Must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.
We will only take responsibility for the shipping costs when there is an error on our part with regards to size, colour, style or decoration.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Contact sales@rejuvenation.me to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
Print return label and return item in the post using a trackable method and in original packaging
